I was in baton Rouge this past weekend. I'm originally from Texas. The week prior I went to Jiffy lube in Texas for an oil change. I didn't know that they didn't place the oil dipstick in it's original tube but instead placed it in the transmission tube opening. I went to this service shop because it was close to the hotel. I noticed an issue and I heard some noises 2 days prior, so I asked the folks to check it. That's when they told me about transmission and oil tubes, plus somehow the transmission cap was missing. I really hadn't noticed it before. I was short of oil as well. They placed 2 quarts of oil and placed a temporary fix, a towel in the transmission tube, so that i could get on the road back to Texas, near Houston. Needless to say I still heard some slight knocking but I made it home safely yesterday morning. Now, will make an appointment with my dealership to see what's going on! Thanks to this auto service shop for listening, their patience and understanding. I recommend this place for help! If I am ever in the area in the future I know where I'm going for repairs if needed. Plus, never, ever going to jiffy lube again.

Rude, refuse to talk to my girlfriend because Ken said cars are a man's job. Paid 140$ to get the car looked at and Ken said he didn't want to work on it and to buy a new car.

Different owners same great service. I always check their prices on their services before I pull the trigger. They are inline with most other places. Do not sleep on their tire prices. They have beaten all the big chains several times I got new kicks on my sled. Hit a concrete block on side the road and blew out a tire. Had enough air to make it there at 9:40am. I decided to get two since my other front tire also needed to be replaced. Tom the manager gave me a great price. I had a meeting in New Orleans I had to get to. I rolled out the door at 11:45am. It would have been sooner bought I forgot to leave my keys and had to go bring them back so they could change the tires. Now that is service to your customers. Many thanks to the team.

Long time customer. Sent friends there. Trusted them... until I didn't. Requested OEM brake pads. Was told that they used OEM brake pads. Paid for OEM brake pads. Discovered after the fact that they used "OEM equivalent" brake pads from O'Reilly's. Have been cleaning ridiculous amounts of brake dust off the wheels ever since. Guaranteed to wear prematurely. The service manager quite literally lied to my face. I'm here to extract my pound of flesh. I thought these were "good guys". Never going back.

Brought some pre-purchased tires over for mounting which is against their policy, but they were happy to work with me due the tires being brand new. Friendly staff, very fair pricing. Definitely go back to these guys the next time I've got something I don't want to attempt or can't tackle on my own.
